The Role of Ice Tube

Tube ice machine is a type of ice maker. There are air-cooled type and water-cooled type.

It is named after the irregular length hollow tube shape of the ice that it produces. It is a cylindrical hollow tube shaped ice with an inner hole of 5mm to 15mm and a length of 25mm to 42mm. There are various sizes to choose from, and the outer diameters of the ice include: 22mm, 29mm, 32mm, 35mm, etc. The contact area is the smallest among the existing ice types in the market, with the best resistance to melting, suitable for mixing, decorating, storing and preserving food ice, etc. Therefore, most of them are edible ice.

Applications:

Commerical and retail industry. Used for refrigeration display cabinets, refrigerated warehouses, and freezers to keep food fresh and safe, such as supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, and hotels.
Medical and pharmaceutical fields. Used for preparing drugs, preserving vaccines, storing plasma and biological samples, ensuring the quality and reliability of medical and pharmaceutical processes.
Industrial production and manufacturing. Used for cooling processes in industries such as metal processing, semiconductor manufacturing, and plastic processing.
Aerospace and National Defense. Provide cooling and temperature control for aircraft and missile navigation systems, radar equipment, etc.
Energy production and transportation. Used for cooling water systems in nuclear power plants and chemical plants, as well as temperature control inside high-speed trains and subway carriages.
Agriculture and food processing. Used for cold storage and refrigerated vehicles to maintain the freshness of agricultural products, or for freezing, refrigeration, dehydration and other processes in food processing.
Research and laboratory. Used to cool experimental equipment, maintain a constant temperature environment, and provide stable experimental conditions for scientists and researchers.
Information technology and communication. Used to maintain the stability and performance of equipment operation.
In addition, tube ice is also widely used in daily life, such as preparing alcoholic beverages, chilled beverages, making ice products, and preserving freshness.
